Meals for phase 1 atkins diet? Like what could I eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

When I was on Atkins, I had some type of eggs for breakfast. Omelets are filling and hard boiled eggs with a little butter are good. Lunch was usually a salad with some type of meat and lo-carb dressing. Dinner was always meat and veggies. You just have to go by the book as far as food goes and mix and match. i found as in any diet you have to exercise to help loose the weight and once I stopped Atkins i gained most of the weight back. i adhere to the theory of Atkins- it makes perfect sense to me. What is your favorite protein shake?

I just started working out on a regular basis a few months ago and I've also been dieting recently too. I've been drinking a meal substitute protein shake thing daily and I was wondering what other people like and would recommend. I'm considering qualities like protein content, carb and sodium content, calorie content, taste, price, and availability. I've tried "ensure" and I bought some "atkins" brand today. There are so many brands though it's difficult to tell what's best. Thank you so much for your answers.

Genesoy has other good flavor and you can mix with water, juice, milk, soy milk and rice milk.
