atkins diet supplements
The Atkins Diet and the use of aspartame?
I have an Atkins Diet Book that says not to use aspartame and Splenda and recommends the supplement of choice and the other book makes no mention of the restriction. What is the correct answer, and if aspartame is eliminated, the question is why? Thank you /
It really depends on the individual. Some people have trouble with aspartame, some with Splenda, some can not handle any artificial sweeteners at all, some have no problems. Personally, I recommend sweeteners keep to a minimum.
