3 course Diet Plans?

I go shopping, because I'm losing weight for summer. Light bought unsweetened juice, lettuce, apples, frozen asparagus, Cheerios, soymilk, low-carb wraps. Somebody help me with meal plans to meet this? Oh, I also bought multivitimins for teenagers. I am a woman of 17, if that helps: p I think also do cardio 35 minutes a day and do 50 crunches every day. All tips to help you get that weight!
