Can you help me with a healthy diet plan?

I want a long term plan for my diet. I’m femaile, 5’8” and 167lbs. I need to lose weight badly.

Five Steps to a Healthy Eating Plan

1. Clean out your kitchen of anything that has high fructose corn syrup and/or partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (transfat) in the ingredients. This simple step should remove most processed food from your pantry.

2. Grab the healthy food shopping list head to the grocery store.

I need help finding a healthy diet plan...?

I'm 6'2" and I weigh 295 lbs. My waist size is a 42, and I want to lose weight safely without pills or diet drinks. I'm not very good when it comes to food choices, so I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I don't want to do an Atkins Diet or any trend, I want to actually eat healthy and stay that way from here on out. I just need help with the specific foods and planning. I never know what to buy at the grocery, and it always seems I can't find the creativity to keep the diet from becoming monotonous. I want to get a plan I can stick to without paying the money for a personal trainer or dietitian. Can someone please help? THANK YOU!

Go back to the food pyramid look it up it is a national guideline! Its perfect backed by the heart and diabetes foundation and it is just basic foods and how many you need per day to stay healthy this is not a diet it is a lifestyle just do it and let your body catch up with you!
What I did now 8 years ago went a short school on nutrition and learned what a portion is and you will be shocked read read and stick to it you will get plenty of food trust me! Eat 5 times a day the only thing to remember is carbs are your gas must have for energy so split them up into all 5 small meals. Timing eat at the same time everyday and after you eat move for 20 minutes not necessary to do arobics unless you want to. The more weight you loose the more you will move and do it will come naturally! I am female I went from 205 pounds to 133 pounds and maintened for all these years! I still do the same routine everyday and I am healthier than ever my hair grew my face changed my feet changed it was crazy! I had diabetes and that is what made me mad they handed me a handful of pills and said go on diet! I was like ok pills make me sick and what diet! My health insurance actually paid for this class and it was the best thing I ever did! Facts meat at least 7 0z a day lean if possible at all times and meat you can eat all at once or spread it out at least 4 servings fat again any time of day you want save it all for 1 meal if you want , vegatables as many as you want whenever you want try salad dressing on the side dip your fork in salad dressing then get your salad wonderful and a great trick for your mouth! Excluding vegetables you must count as carbs corn peas dry bean (pinto kidney etc....)Carbs is the trick must eat them 5 times a day for man 45 carbs for breakfast 45 lunch 30 snack 45 dinner 30 bedtime snack these are the ones you time very important you establish your routine around these carbs! Carbs are sugars fruits juices cokes flour stuff bread potatoes rice pie cake you get the idea! For the first 2 months carry a carb counter and portion control and a measuring cup it wont take long and you will know it by heart! You will not get hungry you will always have to eat its crazy but it works and it is basic! P S My diabetes is under total control with my diet no more pills! Good Luck! I eat basically every 3 to 4 hours!
