How high protein low carbohydrate diets really work?
I do not want to hear about the gravity:) I would like how they work. One of my friends was on a modified Atkins diet and lost weight, but has recently stopped and said he was very easy and there is no counting calories or anything. Is this true? How your body to lose weight?
