The greatest concern is deprivation of certain vitamins and protein overload. If you plan to stay on atkins take a generic multivitamin and drink lots of fluids. The protein overload could clog your kidneys.
Atkins diet...phase one...vinegar/oil dressing?
Ok so Im about to start the Atkins Diet again. I was on it for 4 months 3 to 4 years ago and lost 30 lbs. At the end I was 5'8 and 175-170 lbs. Now I am 5'8 and 220+ (UHG!!!!). I have had a child, lost my job, had severe bouts of depression, insomnia ect...and have gained a TON of weight....clothes I bought a year ago no longer fit, and they fit PERFECTLY at the time and the final straw for me was getting more stretch marks. I am planning on starting phase one very soon. I love salads and when I did the diet the first time my mom made an awesome oil and vinegar dressing (she doesnt remember how she did it bc she just threw it together)...so I am looking to you guys for some suggestions. I love vinegar so I would like it to be less oil more vinegar with lots of yummy spices!!!! Please help!!!!
